- Coaching start ups: Buas has a dedicated team to coach startup student entrepreneurs within the creative industry, this program is also available to external entrepreneurs.
- Skills training in areas such as: Production skills, Online marketing, Personal branding, Creativity, Design thinking, E-marketing
- Lego Serious Play (LSP) workshops: an approach that supports participants in a process of creative thinking and problem-solving. During a workshop, each participant is invited to build an answer/solution to a question using LEGO® bricks. For example, a personal resilience course: gaining insights into factors that influence resilience.

- Project management course using the SCRUM method.
- Lego Serious Play (LSP) workshops: an approach where participants are supported in a process of creative thinking and problem-solving. During a workshop, each participant is invited to build an answer/solution to a question using LEGO® bricks. For example, a team-building workshop.
- Training in team roles and personality traits using the Belbin method.
- Training in the area of team resilience: with these specialized workshops, insights can be gained into factors that influence the resilience of the team.
