On this page, an overview of the development tools available from BUas is published. For each factor, a brief overview of the content of a training and its intended purpose is provided.   1. Coaching start ups: Buas has a dedicated team to coach startup student entrepreneurs within the creative industry, this program is also available to external entrepreneurs.
  2. Skills training in areas such as: Production skills, Online marketing, Personal branding, Creativity, Design thinking, E-marketing
  3. Lego Serious Play (LSP) workshops: an approach that supports participants in a process of creative thinking and problem-solving. During a workshop, each participant is invited to build an answer/solution to a question using LEGO® bricks. For example, a personal resilience course: gaining insights into factors that influence resilience.

Team characteristics

Team level
  1. Project management course using the SCRUM method.
  2. Lego Serious Play (LSP) workshops: an approach where participants are supported in a process of creative thinking and problem-solving. During a workshop, each participant is invited to build an answer/solution to a question using LEGO® bricks. For example, a team-building workshop.
  3. Training in team roles and personality traits using the Belbin method.
  4. Training in the area of team resilience: with these specialized workshops, insights can be gained into factors that influence the resilience of the team.
